Our coaching team embody the Xtreme Ninja culture.  Coaches are essential to relationship building and fostering community connection.  And they know how to have fun!  Working as a coach is the starting point for many in a career in martial arts and fitness, and we look forward to helping you start your journey.

Your Typical Day

  • Your main goal each day is to drive sales and provide awesome service, which means that your priority is working with clients and selling memberships & product each day!
  • You will also help the dojo complete day-to-day tasks like helping update the dojo's proshop and training studios with new product, equipment and marketing materials.  Promoting current studio events and challenges.  Sanitizing training areas, following class formats and maintaining a positive vibe environment for our clients.
  • You will also receive training and development for your current and future roles within the dojo.
  • Spend your day with the coolest people around, listen to great music, and be yourself!

LEAD CALL SPECIALISTS

Our customer service team is essential to Xtreme Ninja’s success by being a primary point of contact for our internal and external customers. This position employs people who can provide a great customer experience through problem solving and resolution skills, leaving a lasting impression with our clients.  They provide information to new outbound and/or inbound prospects to get started on a trial for one of our programs.  They manage and maintain lead tracking to ensure increase in trials, scheduled appointments, and conversions to memberships.

Your Typical Day

  • Your primary focus each day will be helping our clients and coaching team with anything they need through phone calls, online chat, text and more!
  • Contacting leads and scheduling appointments to get them started in our programs.
  • Suggest options to resolve the client’s request and also offer opportunities to purchase trials, memberships and additional products.

GUEST EXPERIENCE SPECIALISTS

Our front desk attendants are often the first impression of the dojo so they are an essential component of our customer experience.  As they are the first impression they must be professional, an effective communicator and excellent at building rapport.  They are motivated by helping our clients achieve the highest levels of health and success in our programs and supporting them to integrate into our welcoming community. 

Your Typical Day

  • Your priority each day is to drive sales, which means you get to work with clients and sell trials, memberships and product! 
  • Supervise and help with tasks like processing incoming shipments, responding appropriately to emails/phone calls/text messages, maintaining client info, renewing memberships and fulfilling client orders.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of freeze or cancelation requests as needed by your Manager.
