Karate

Adult Muay Thai

Muay Thai Kickboxing is a martial art that includes cardio, strength and flexibility. Our competitive, friendly atmosphere makes for the perfect place to learn important self-defense tactics. This awesome workout will teach you the proper techniques for effective kicking, punching, elbow and knee strikes. 

Our Muay Thai classes include a mix of drills and skills training including: pad work, bag work & sparring.

Our Fitness classes were designed to give you a workout that keeps you motivated to push yourself to your fitness peak! BOREDOM is the #1 reason people stop working out! And that boredom is caused by lame exercises and routines that get old and stale. So we got to work creating a workout that was NEVER boring… and ALWAYS fun, engaging, challenging, and exciting.

Lose Weight Fast with Our Fitness Programs

In our Fitness Kickboxing the result is a bag-hitting, adrenaline-flowing workout that ANYONE can do - no matter your age or fitness level. You strap on real gloves and learn pro moves that make you feel like a rockstar - and get lean and toned like a fighter (without ever having to fight!).

In our Xtreme Fit Bootcamp classes the result is a challenging circuit using equipment in our weight room complemented with a HIIT warmup and meditation to integrate and close. You will feel pushed and renewed and realize that you are stronger than you think!

Many of our clients come from having memberships at large gyms with a lot of equipment. While big gyms can be appealing, they don't provide the motivation and inspiration you need to truly reach your fitness goals. It's easy to skip gym sessions, but our fitness classes are lead by instructors who want to see you succeed and will hold you accountable!
