IMPORTANT DATES & HOLIDAYS

Holiday Closure and Adjusted Schedule (7/1 - 7/7)

To celebrate the 4th of July, our martial arts classes will be closed from July 1st to July 7th. Additionally, our fitness schedule will be adjusted during this week to accommodate the holiday. 

Note: We will be completely closed on July 4th.

Our highly anticipated Summer Camp Weeks are in full swing! Campers are enjoying a blend of martial arts training, outdoor adventures, creative workshops, and team-building activities. In addition to our regular summer camps, we are hosting special Summer Fun Weeks filled with exciting activities designed to keep kids engaged and active. From themed days to special guest instructors, every week is packed with fun and learning.

"I initially joined the Red Carpet challenge because I wanted to find out if my cravings were due to age and menopause or if I was just using that as an excuse. As I began the challenge and started eating the right foods, I was surprised by how quickly my energy was picking up and noticed I was feeling better overall. Then I started adding in weight training, taking Intra and Burn Am helped me get stronger, toned, and allowed me to last longer in kickboxing classes.
